Pleated clothing, by nature, is expandable clothing and hence we follow a strictly FREE SIZE pattern making for all our clothing. All our clothing is FREE SIZE or One Size Fits All.
Pleated clothing expands, without compromising the integrity of the pleat, to fit across several sizes.
Pleated clothing does not cling. It MASKS.
When we describe a product to fit from XS to L for example, you would refer to below attached Size chart and understand that it would fit someone with hips from 34 to 42 or chest from 32 to 40.
The Jade Phan size guide gives you an approximate idea of what sizing we assume when we give you a range of fit in our product description.

SHIPPING GUIDE
For orders placed on jadephanstudio.co, we delivery by USPS, DHL Express, and SF Express. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed.
The below transit times are an approximate guide once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
Delivery time estimate: 7-10 business days
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS?
You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties.
You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment.
These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them.
We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.
* NOTE: Please check with your Customs Office to see if you can import the items and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
- USA: 7-10 business days.
- INTERNATIONAL: 8-12 business days.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. JADEPHAN cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.
Tracking number will be issued once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Arrival dates may vary depending on each country's customs and tariffs, so please keep tracking items with given tracking number.
FRAUDULENT ORDERS
We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you require any changes to your order including address details please contact us immediately to ensure modifications can be applied, if your purchase has been shipped no changes can be made to your order.
ORDER INFORMATION
All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation email within 72 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.
PARCEL MISSING
After 3 delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 20 days from arrived date, whichever is earlier, your parcel will be returned to us in Vietnam. Please take note that we do not take any responsibility in case your order is returned to sender due to any reasons (for instance, insufficient shipping address, inaccessible receiver…) However, we would be more than happy to redeliver your order and you will need to cover any return fees and/or additional redelivery fees for returned order.
Returned-to-sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of Points minus the initial shipping charge.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Pleated clothing is very easy to maintain and requires minimal but correct care to last a lifetime. Here are so guidelines to get the best out of your pleated clothes.
- Do not dry clean, use a washing machine or tumble dryer.
- Do not flat iron.
- Best washed by hand / soak in mild detergent
- Flat dry after gently wringing out excess water.
- If wrinkled - steam using a hand held steaming iron in the direction of the pleats.
- Storage : roll in the direction of pleats and store. We do not recommend hanging on hangers for long periods of time.
- Pleating is permanent and does not loosen or open on washing.
- Stains easily leave pleated garments - just soak in a good gentle stain remover like Vanish and it should get rid of the stain.
- Pleated clothing are fast dryers and drying under a fast fan should have your garment dry and ready to use in a couple of hours.
Refund policy
EXCHANGE POLICY AT JADE PHAN
FOR ONLINE ORDER
The company supports when customers respond within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product
Products can only be redeemed when they meet the following four conditions:
- There are purchase invoices at JadePhan, the invoice shows all of buyer information, date of purchase, products ...
- There are full covers, tags on the product and accompanying accessories (eg straps ..)
- The product is not torn, dirty, strange smell ...
- Products purchased in the program have a discount of less than 15% (change size, exchange defective products) or original price (change model)
➔ If you change the notice after the specified time or the product does not meet 1 of the above 4 conditions, our company is pleased to refuse to support the case.
Cases allowed to exchange:
1. Defective manufacturing product
- The company will change the new product with the same code, color and no fee.
- In case the sample you buy has been discontinued, hope you can choose to change to another product or the company would like to send you a coupon for the next purchase.
3. Change model
- Customers exchange products with a value equal to or higher than the current product and pay the difference
- If the customer wishes to exchange a lower product, the difference will not be refunded and will not be deducted from the following invoice.
- In case customers are far away, please return the product to the Company to check first and will proceed to exchange when the product is valid, with additional fees.
