When we describe a product to fit from XS to L for example, you would refer to below attached Size chart and understand that it would fit someone with hips from 34 to 42 or chest from 32 to 40.

Quần áo xếp ly rất dễ dàng bảo quản và chỉ cần chăm sóc đúng cách để kéo dài tuổi thọ. Dưới đây là một số hướng dẫn để giúp bạn chăm sóc quần áo xếp ly tốt nhất.
- Không giặt nước nóng, không sử dụng máy giặt hay máy sấy quần áo (Trong trường hợp bắt buộc phải giặt máy, vui lòng bỏ vào túi giặt thật dầy, chế độ giặt nhanh nhẹ, nước lạnh, không sấy)
- Không ủi bằng bàn ủi thông thường.
- Nên giặt tay hoặc ngâm trong dung dịch tẩy rửa nhẹ, nước lạnh.
- Phơi khô sau khi vắt nhẹ để loại bỏ nước dư.
- Nếu bị nhăn, hãy sử dụng máy hơi nước cầm tay để ủi theo hướng của các ly, lưu ý khi ủi sẽ làm dãn phần dập ly, ủi thật nhanh và hơi nóng nhẹ.
- Vết bẩn dễ dàng rời khỏi quần áo xếp ly - chỉ cần ngâm trong dung dịch tẩy vết bẩn nhẹ để loại bỏ vết bẩn.
- Quần áo xếp ly khô nhanh, phơi dưới quạt gió mạnh sẽ làm khô và sẵn sàng sử dụng trong vài giờ.
- Bảo quản: cuốn theo hướng của các ly và cất giữ.
- Không khuyến cáo treo trên móc áo trong thời gian dài sẽ làm dãn phần dập ly. Trong trường hợp phải treo thời gian dài vui lòng treo vắt ngang, không treo thẳng sẽ làm phần ly bị dãn dài.
CARE FOR PLEATED CLOTHING
Pleated clothing is very easy to maintain and requires minimal but correct care to last a lifetime. Here are so guidelines to get the best out of your pleated clothes.
- Do not dry clean, use a washing machine or tumble dryer.
- Do not flat iron.
- Best washed by hand / soak in mild detergent
- Flat dry after gently wringing out excess water.
- If wrinkled - steam using a hand held steaming iron in the direction of the pleats.
- Storage : roll in the direction of pleats and store. We do not recommend hanging on hangers for long periods of time.
- Pleating is permanent and does not loosen or open on washing.
- Stains easily leave pleated garments - just soak in a good gentle stain remover like Vanish and it should get rid of the stain.
- Pleated clothing are fast dryers and drying under a fast fan should have your garment dry and ready to use in a couple of hours.
Refund policy
EXCHANGE POLICY AT JADE PHAN
FOR ONLINE ORDER
The company supports when customers respond within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product
Products can only be redeemed when they meet the following four conditions:
- There are purchase invoices at JadePhan, the invoice shows all of buyer information, date of purchase, products ...
- There are full covers, tags on the product and accompanying accessories (eg straps ..)
- The product is not torn, dirty, strange smell ...
- Products purchased in the program have a discount of less than 15% (change size, exchange defective products) or original price (change model)
➔ If you change the notice after the specified time or the product does not meet 1 of the above 4 conditions, our company is pleased to refuse to support the case.
Cases allowed to exchange:
1. Defective manufacturing product
- The company will change the new product with the same code, color and no fee.
- In case the sample you buy has been discontinued, hope you can choose to change to another product or the company would like to send you a coupon for the next purchase.
3. Change model
- Customers exchange products with a value equal to or higher than the current product and pay the difference
- If the customer wishes to exchange a lower product, the difference will not be refunded and will not be deducted from the following invoice.
- In case customers are far away, please return the product to the Company to check first and will proceed to exchange when the product is valid, with additional fees.
