Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at jadephanstudio@gmail.com. We will reply with the return address and the return instructions for your order.

If your return is accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

Return the current item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we refund you by bank transfer within 10 business days of receiving the item back. Processing time on your bank's side may vary. Please contact us at jadephanstudio@gmail.com if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
