Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship inside Vietnam only. International orders are paused until our international card payment is ready, so please do not place an order for delivery outside Vietnam — it will not be accepted at checkout.

Shipping fee

• Flat shipping fee: 35.000đ per order.
• Free shipping for orders of 3 items or more.
• Free shipping when you pay by bank transfer before dispatch.

We accept cash on delivery (COD) and bank transfer. The amount shown to you at checkout is the amount you pay — the courier will not collect a different number.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After dispatch from our warehouse in Vietnam, the courier usually delivers within a few business days depending on your province. Transit times are a guide only and can be longer during holidays and sale periods.

Order information

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed. If you have not received it within 72 hours, please contact us at jadephanstudio@gmail.com and we will resend it.

Changes to your order

If you need to change anything on your order, including the delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, no changes can be made.

Fraudulent orders

We reserve the right to place a temporary hold on or cancel your order if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In that case we will try to contact you using the phone number or email address given at checkout. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the order.

Parcel missing

After 3 delivery attempts, or if the courier cannot reach you, the parcel is returned to us. We are happy to redeliver, but the return and redelivery fees will be charged to you. We cannot take responsibility for a parcel delivered to a wrong address when the address given at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
